Insider’s Guide to Saint-Tropez
Darlings, there is nowhere quite like Saint-Tropez. It is the golden crown of the French Riviera, where the scent of jasmine and salty sea air mingles with the sparkle of chilled Rosé. Whether you are arriving by yacht or cruising through the pine-covered hills, the magic here is simply undeniable.
Need to Know
Timing is everything. While July and August are for the bold and those who love the high energy party scene, I find that June and September offer that perfect balance of warmth and whisper-quiet sophistication. Always pack your oversized shades and something effortless for the beach clubs.
Avoid winter as many vineyards and 5 star hotels close, and be wary of May as the Cannes Film Festival and Monaco Grand Prix take place, and there will be a lack of hotel availability
Where to Stay
Château de la Messardière
This is Arielle’s hilltop gem. It is a large hilltop estate with panoramic views of the sea that will take your breath away. You have multiple restaurants to choose from and a truly fabulous spa. The best part? They have complimentary Rolls Royce transfers to whisk you down to the beach clubs in style. It is grand, classic, and very "Tropezienne."
Cheval Blanc St Tropez
For those of you who crave beachfront luxury, this is your sanctuary. It is pure elegance right on its own private beach. The Michelin star dining is a culinary dream and the atmosphere is so refined it feels like a private residence rather than a hotel. Perfect for those lazy mornings where the sea is just a few steps from your breakfast table.
La Reserve Ramatuelle
If you are seeking privacy and total tranquility, La Reserve is located just outside the main town and it is wonderfully quiet. The design is much more contemporary with a deep focus on wellness. Between the world-class spa and the Michelin star dining, it is a haven for the soul. It is incredibly refined.
Arev St Tropez
Arev is where everything is almost as fabulous as my guests. You will be swept away by the pristine beauty of the surroundings, but once you step inside, it is a world beyond imagination. Magic is around every corner in the glamorous gardens and in your favorite cocktail. It is all about the sense of detail and style you find everywhere. Lose track of time with us and surround yourself with what matters most. Be mesmerized by the nature, beauty, art, and craftsmanship. Here, it is not so much a check-in as a welcome home with friendly faces that will soon feel like old friends.

You simply cannot visit without a trip to the local vineyards. The hills behind the coast are home to the most exquisite Rosé producers. I can arrange private tastings at some of the most prestigious domaines in the region where you can walk through the vines and sip the latest vintages in the shade of ancient olive trees.
